  When a large tree fell on our house in Berlin, MD, C & M was one of the contractors that we called. Bernard was the rep from C & M that responded. He was very knowledgeable about the repairs that were needed. He was easy to talk to, professional, and friendly. The crew members that came out to do the structural repairs and replace all of the shingles were also friendly and professional. They worked very hard and did a great job cleaning the yard when the job was complete. Cinthia was the office manager that we dealt with. She answered all of our questions promptly and was great to work with. Overall, C & M was great to work with and I would feel comfortable recommending them to friends and family.

  We hired this company to replace all of the plywood and put on a new roof a year ago. Within a month part of the ridge line had developed a hole. The company sent two men out to replace it. They used different colored shingles and the ridge line is crooked. Fast forward one year and parts of the roof are collapsing and other parts that were not nailed down properly have begun to bow up. We notified the company in May. It took the owner three weeks to come look at it. The owner, Mike, wanted to patch it. My husband said we paid for a new roof, not a patch job. We have not heard from Mike since. I would caution anyone from using this company. Do you want a new roof or the headache we are now facing? I will continue to post updated and pictures.

  Just becoming new residents of Delaware didn't really know much about roofers/cotratctors in the area. Bernard came out and I knew right away this was the company I was going with. Great work at a reasonable price. Can't wait to get the next project started!
