  We had a great experience with the purchase and installation of our new windows and screen door. Our salesperson Kim Klaus was very knowledgeable and explained things so we could understand. Our project coordinator kept us well informed of order status and when people would be at our home for measuring and installation. The installers were professional, on time and cleaned up when complete. This is our second time using C&L Ward and would highly recommend them.

  The people that work for C & L Ward are top notch people. From the 1st day the salesman came to the house he remembered he had been here before when we replaced a 24' by 9 and a 1/2 foot window in the family Room and he remembered everything about it then we replaced a 5 window bow in the living room. They matched the stain and the outside paint perfectly the installation was flawless the 2 gentlemen that did the installation were very polite explained everything and cleaned up behind themselves you wouldn't even believe anyone was there. The staff that that contacted us to tell us when they were ready to install also kept us in formed of the staining and painting process after each stage. The follow up folks were so polite and considerate and we're very concerned that we were extremely happy with their services. You don't find this kind of quality and workmanship, courteous and professionalism anywhere else that's why I went was C & L Ward for a second time. They will be back to replace my 3 part front door.

  Second to none! Customer service. Very skilled and knowledgeable experts. Very happy with my doors. C&L Ward provided exactly what I asked for which was high quality, secure energy efficient beautiful doors for my home. Due to the organization and communication skills of everyone at C&L Ward , I was very confident and relaxed during every step of my project!
