  C&K has done multiple jobs for our condominium association, from gutter repair and new gutters, siding repair, and building wrap. All work was done properly and we have no complaints at all. Courteous and responsive, they are our go to contractor. We are happy to pay a little more for getting the job done right the first time. Highly recommended.

  We had a GREAT experience with C&K Services! They replaced our aging roof and installed brand new beautiful gutters and we couldn't be happier. The roof was completed in ONE DAY by a large, well organized team. Our neighbor commented, "My gosh, it was like watching a well choreographed performance! Every worker knew exactly what to do and where to work on that roof!" We were super impressed with the team's beautiful work and also their neatness and attention to detail. The men who installed the gutters were the same way: well organized, friendly, and neat. From the beginning of this process (when we first called the office to inquire), to the first meeting with the gentleman who helped us select our shingles and gutters, to the workers who installed things, to the manager who came out to check on things.... we had nothing but a FANTASTIC experience. We HIGHLY recommend C&K Services and will use them again if we have other home needs. Thanks to everyone at C&K!   I had several pieces of siding that kept coming loose after wind storms as they weren't properly locking into the next vinyl piece. C&K was responsive and fast, re-punched the holes in the vinyl and ensured that it all properly and securely locked into place. Excellent and friendly service!
