  Our neighbors recommended BXC Roofing after hail hit our neighborhood in Nacogdoches. Our BXC representative, Cameron, did an assessment of our roof and documented the damage with photos that could be sent to our insurance company. He helped us understand and work through each step of the entire claim process – making a claim to our insurance company, what to expect during and after the claim adjuster’s inspection, and how the claim would be paid out. Both the BXC representative and the co-owner responded quickly to calls and answered all our many questions. Once the insurance claim was successfully processed, the BXC team of roofers came. They were very efficient and hardworking, and they were especially careful on the clean-up of debris and roofing nails. The foreman was easily accessible and kept us informed. The materials were high quality. The roof replacement took about 1 ½ days. We also had damage to the gutters, and the BXC representative was instrumental in documenting the damage and working with the claims adjuster to be sure all replacement issues were addressed. The gutter installer was excellent, also. Overall, we were happy that we chose a roofing company with so much experience with the insurance claim process, and with a high level of customer service.

  We are so pleased with the exceptional job BXC Roofing did in repairing and replacing our roof last week. The organization and professionalism of our Salesman, James Jones was tops. He made sure we were in the know at all times!! Also really liked how they kept our yard clean. The Project Manager, Michael Salazar was great and really on task with the workers!! Thanks again for a job well done!!

  These guys were great from start to finish! Our roof was a nightmare due to previously installed poor roofing, but that didn’t stop them. We are very impressed with the final result and can now sell our house with full confidence. 100% recommend this company. Thanks a lot Blake and Kyle for taking care of us!
