  Customer service is not capable of handling issues if there are any problems associated with shipping or product defects. Ordered material lift with and additional extension. It took almost a month to receive the original order because of the shipper, they refused to use an alternative shipper. An item from the order was missing another one damaged. It took them 2 more months to get a replacement for the damaged item and they completely forgot to handle the part of the order that was never delivered in the first place. They’re claiming that they’ll send the replacement now. Additionally there were manufacturing defects on the ladder (the threads on most screws were broken due to being overtightened). It was mentioned in the original claim and subsequent emails. They have no records of this and therefore not able to do anything about it 2 months later. Update: even the replacement part they did send isn’t complete.

There was a delay in shipping due to the embargo caused by the hurricane during the time of your order and unfortunately, that was out of our control. Once the embargo was lifted, the product was shipped out. Our customer service team received photos of a damaged part/section back in October and a replacement part was sent. We do apologize that there was another part that was missed during the process, but this replacement part is set to ship out to you today.   Ordered a replacement motor for my attic fan. FedEx said it was delivered but it was not. I have a security camera so I know it wasn't stolen it just was never delivered to my house. This was a Thursday. I contacted FedEx and gave them a couple of days to find it. I contacted Buy MBS on the following Tuesday, since I hadn't heard anything from FedEx and attic is getting too hot, and they turned it over to there claims department. On Thursday I got an email that said they were sending me a replacement express delivery. I received it Friday. I am very impressed with their customer service.

  This company is a joke. Ordered a scupper drain, they sent out the wrong part. Called customer service and they told me to email in the order number and a picture of wrong part. My scupper ordered was a non canted. I received a canted one. They never responded. would like my money back they screwed us on that job. Terrible customer service.
