  David Butler and his crew replaced our roof and added attic ventilation. We are very pleased with our roof. We enjoyed doing business with them as they were fair priced, honest and reliable. They are also friendly and personable and it was nice to deal with them. They worked steadily and hard and we trusted their expertise and experience. We highly recommend Butler Roofing!

  I live in Arizona and have part ownership of a family home in Spanish Fork. The family home is older and needed to have the roof replaced. The roof had the original wooden shakes installed in 1947, another 'roof' over the wooden shakes installed in 1970 and another 'roof' installed over the asphalt shingles installed in the 1990's. All three layers of existing roofing had to be removed down to the original planking. Not knowing anyone in the Utah Valley roofing business, I decided to ask for bids from four contractors. The first bid was egregiously over priced. The second bid was half of the first bid. The last two bids were within $15 or each other. Three of the bids were dollar quotes only, one verbal, one text and one hand written. The bid from Butler Roofing was an email which provided a detailed line item explanation of the roofing materials that would be used and the work that would be performed along with quoted price for the entire job. I scheduled an in person meeting with David Butler. He came to the home and spent the time necessary to answer all of my detailed questions. We set the schedule for the work along with a 50% advance payment. David took it from there. His crew was on time every day, were professional, worked hard, and cleaned up each day before leaving the site. David was on-site at 'work start' every morning and would stop by during the day or at conclusion of work in the late afternoon. When his scheduled permitted he worked with his crew. I have had roof replacements over the years for different homes where I have lived in Utah and Arizona. David Butler and his crew are the only ones who have exceeded my expectations in every phase of the job, from start to finish. He is professional, easy to communicate with, and he knows his business. I would use him again.

  Butler roofing and owner David Butler has done an amazing job on a home that was built in 1874. My career consist of hiring roofers and contractors. But when it came to dealing with one of my own properties, I was at a loss dealing with a home this old. He was very professional , reasonable and put my mind at ease right away! I would highly recommend him for any type of roofing project.
