  Good morning Mr. Scolnik. I apologize if we missed your attempt to contact us. I can assure you that we are working to resolve your issue but have to do so through the proper channels. The issue with your downspout drain is an association responsibility repair so we have been in contact with your property manager. To date we have borescoped the underground drain and identified the issue. We now need to excavate to replace the compromised the portion of the pipe.
