  Owner did NOT warranty his own work. 20 year shingle warranty, did NOT honor after 9 years. Patrick came out to my house saw the warranty paperwork . Said it would cost labor NOT materials. Patrick walked away that day while saying for me to hire someone else. My insurance company thought I was trying to pull a scam. The adjuster almost fell threw soft spots in roof.
