I used this company, after interviewing nearly a dozen over the past year.
I was pleased with the pricing. Not the cheapest estimate, however, thousands of dollars less than Long Roofing for example, which has always come in very high in their pricing for every project that we have contacted them about, i.e. fencing, they were twice the amount of the nearly cheapest company.
After a cash deposit of one-half, the scheduling followed. All appointments were made on time.
Unfortunately, the crew that installed the roof, was not the best or far from the best. The representative flew up from Florida and found that the roofing was subpar!
He ordered a new roof be installed. Within a week, there was a tear-off and another new roof installed.
I WAS ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY!  It is a rare thing to see. We have been here in this home for 19 years and have had the occasional screw-up from contractors. However, there was "no fight to get it right"!

I do job for this company they force my crew to do work faster  they only care about his name and about get job done faster they don’t luck about quality take time and this day are short and they no provide any material to cover house ( most companies provide that ) its so sad companies they sub contract crews they only care about his company name and they no offer any benefits to us this company it’s one off them

Tried contacting the company several times for a roof estimate and they just don’t seem to want my business.

Never showed up for roofing estimate appointment. They sent several emails prior confirming they would be there but then not only did they not show up but didn't even call to say they couldn't make it. The quality of business interactions begins with good communications. This isn't it.

They did a great job on my roof. They did the whole thing in a day.  They were very polite, professional, and clean in all their work. They worked really hard to clean all the nails and not leave any mess... and the head of the job checked in with me multiple times throughout the day. Plus... the roof looks great. I am very happy with it.

When you’re a new homeowner and you need a new roof it could be a little confusing. After doing research and asking friends in the industry. On any advice on a
company’s they would recommend. The best advice I received was a company now serving Kansas, BuildPro is ranked in the top 5%/1% in the roofing and solar industry. They have been in business for 28 years which showed me they know what they’re doing.

First from day one the operations Manager William Beliles was helpful, kept in touch with me every step of the way. They installed my new roof with a team of 7! I couldn’t be happier with the roof company I choose BuildPro. Solar next? If so I know what company I would choose is SunPro!

Buildpro went out of their way to fix their mistakes, but the mistakes were disastrous and my experience was horrendous.  This company utilizes Project Coordinators and Managers that are not only under or inexperienced, but remote to your specific project and also trying to manage multiple projects at one time for what must be an area as large as the state of Texas.  Supervisors for the crews are not usually onsite and the crews that I experienced did not speak English which made it difficult for me to talk directly to them and required me to call the project manager who in turn called the supervisor who in turn called one of the workers.
My specific experience was for an asphalt roof.  The original date for the job was a Friday, so I took vacation from remote work to be home for the day.  I called the project manager at 8AM to let him know there were no workers present and was informed that the job would not start until Monday.  There was a good chance of rain for Monday afternoon, but the statement was made by the project manager that the crew should be finished by noon.  The workers showed up early Monday morning and proceeded to remove the roof without materials on site.  They laid synthetic paper, and the cold front came with 60mph winds and rain at the same time materials showed up around noon, and the workers left.  For the next 4 hours, rain ran down the paper, to the fascia board and into the soffit on my house.  I had an issue with water being in my soffit and requested that something be done to remedy before sealing the roof.  The workers showed back the next day and proceeded to shingle the roof with no remedy for the water in the soffit.  Because of lack of action on the part of the Project Manager, I called one of the executives at BuildPro corporate office in Lousiana, who put me in touch with the Director who was over the Project Manager.  The Director and I discussed philosophies such as how much water fascia and soffit boards could withstand before we finally negotiated 2 options, open up the decking and dry out the soffit before sealing up or replace the fascia and soffit boards on the house.  At this point, I had turned around from travelling to work and returned home to watch one piece of decking be removed, and a picture taken of the wet soffit board before replacing the decking.  The picture was sent to the Director and the workers proceeded to seal up the roof.  I had to stop the job and almost physically remove the workers from my roof so that I could continue to discuss a remedy with the Director whose sole purpose I'm sure was to get the roof on as quick as possible and walk away from the job.  Fast forward 2 hours and more discussing philosophies with the Director again how much water fascia and soffit could withstand and whether or not it needed to be dry before sealing the roof, the Executive that I spoke to originally agreed to replace the fascia and soffit boards at their expense if I would allow them to finish the roof so my solar panels could be installed by SunPro the same evening.  Roof complete in November.
January, 3 guys show up at my house inspecting the fascia and soffit and tell me they are bidding the job.  February, no word from anyone, so I call the Project Manager.  I asked him when the job was going to start, but I can only paraphrase the response, and it was something like, "Wow, I thought that job was already finished, they sent me a bill for $x,xxx, let me call and find out what's going on."
At the end of February, beginning of March, 2 workers show up with materials, and after 2 weeks of them redoing work, I asked them never to return and requested a new crew because the last straw was brad nailing the drip edge to the decking through the new shingles.  4 weeks to completion, reworked 3 times.  All sponsored by BuildPro thank goodness.
Also during this time, my roof started leaking and required 2 visits over 2 weeks to fix a valley and although the lifetime warranty covers the leak, it doesn't cover the damage done by the leak.  Out of characters for this review..

Working with BuildPro was really easy.  I was looking to get my roof replaced.  They came out and met me at the house and provided a quote at the same time.  I scheduled the roof work and the crew showed up on time and finished on time as well.  The final cost was exactly the same as the quote too!  Would definitely recommend!

The Team installing the windows and siding were professional, friendly, and efficient.  They showed up on time every day and worked all day.  The project is approx. 75% complete and we couldn't be more pleased than we are.  I highly recommend Buildpro.

Very professional. Great quality of work. Great follow up calls and on site visits from project managers/coordinators. Highly recommend this company for your roofing / solar needs.
