I had four windows installed with no issues through the process. At completion I requested an estimate for fashia and gutters and two more windows. I’m still waiting months later for the fashia portion estimate but did receive the gutter portion . I’ve been actively relentlessly pursuing by calling and texting and leaving voicemails for four weeks now to obtain the fashia estimate and to pay for the two windows to be ordered and installed. Mike Sean , and Rita have all told me by phone for two weeks they will call me same day or next to give estimate and get windows ordered. I m assuming they do not need my business

Run away fast! You have to call them to make them do their job. When you call, they tell you something is on backorder, but funny thing is, it was installed last week and you were calling about something else. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They tell you that they will call to set up an appointment and they just show up at your house. When they show up and you aren't there, they call you and act like you are putting them out because you aren't home. Items that are needed for the install are not all ordered (requested no less than 8 times) and then when they are finally ordered (6 months later) other things are now installed in the way and has to be scabbed in (looks horrible). When you ask if they are going to finish part of the project, the sub has no idea what you are talking about. I've given up asking and I'm going to have to finish two of the projects myself. You don't get a choice in finishes and the FEW choices you get, yeah you won't get what you ask for. Had to return 3 items to Lowes to get what I asked for and had to pay the difference out of my pocket because they always purchase the cheap contractor-grade pale pine or chrome. If you like pale pine and cheap polished chrome and having to wait 8 months for your install to be completed then this is your company.

Whoever left the last review must have been the owner because I experienced nothing of the sort. I ordered a set of double glass doors with a half moon window for my entryway on April 4th. I was told it would take two weeks to get the order. Come 6 weeks and no word I call and Scott informs me that the doors are on backorder. Come two more weeks, still no word, I call again and the doors and window are in and we make an appointment to install. The doors get successfully installed and I am told that the window was broken while being loaded on the truck and they will reorder. After waiting patiently for 6 weeks I call and ask Scott where my window is, his response, "Oh it's here are you ready for it?" Well duhhhh!!!!! So they come to install and the window is two inches to big even though they came out and got their own measurements. They reorder and once again I am calling to make them do their job .....since they seem to not have my number or don't care since they have my money .....and they make an appointment to install. Get an actual call the morning of installation to inform me that the installer noticed a crack while loading the window so it will need to be reordered. Come a week later the window actually gets installed. I mentioned the "crack" the installer noticed the week before and he had no idea what I was talking about. He said they had to cancel my appointment because the window did not get reordered and that was the lie they came up with. I paid for everything on April 4 and the window was installed on August 8. Over 4 months.
