  John and his team were excellent! Buffalo’s Best Roofing came out and gave an assessment of our roof issue and made some recommendations. We decided to have them remove the old roof and install a new one. They communicated with us every step of the process and the new roof looks and works great! We had some delays due to weather since this was being installed in the winter and they reached out and contacted us each time. This is not always the case with other construction companies we have used. John and his crew even added some custom flashing around the roof section of my son’s room where we have been having issues with water pooling off the roof at no charge. They also cleaned up the work site very well and were professional during the process. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for roof repair/installation.

  I had a very good experience with Buffalo's Best Roofing. I was very happy with the workmanship and their price. If you are looking to have work done on your home: 1) I suggest you would be making a mistake by not getting a quote from this company. 2)My experience is that you would be making a second mistake by not contracting them to do the work!

  I had called to set up an estimate for siding and also a home addition. The woman on the phone said they don't do renovations or additions, even though their website says different. Joe came out to do an estimate, we had about a 3 minute conversation, he said he had to do measurements. Then he just left without saying anything else. I had to call him to ask what the next steps were, and he said he would drop off the estimate in a couple days. That was about 3 weeks ago, still don't have an estimate. He seemed like he was annoyed because I wanted an estimate for new siding but there wasn't anything wrong with our current siding. I also asked about windows as we want to update the older windows, he said they do a few, not the whole house. Again, there website says windows but you only do a few? I understand your a roofing company but don't advertise things you don't do or don't want to do. The estimate process wasn't professional at all. We hadn't called any other companies yet and weren't sure how it works. He didn't explain anything at all and just left. Won't be doing business with them.

  Hello Ashley, We have called and spoke to you a couple times to try to resolve this. As we explained there was a mix up in reps that came out as the rep that came out does not usually bid siding and windows. He had to be away the next day so didn’t have time to call you, so he gave the information to the office to have the correct rep come out and do a estimate, but this was not assigned right away due to scheduling. We do apologize this was a mistake and a miscommunication. We get your frustration but a call to the office and we could’ve resolved this
