  I could not have been more pleased with the level of workmanship, service and overall experience with Buddy’s for my roof replacement. Buddy and Crystal were extremely responsive throughout the entire process and personally answered all of my questions. I received multiple quotes and their pricing beat out all the competition while still using high quality roofing materials (shingles & peel & stick) and installers. I can’t say enough good things about this family owned local business. I am so glad that I chose Buddy’s over the competition.

  Integrity and Customer service still exist. Exceptional service from start to finish. Buddy’s came out to my home in Pasco did their free inspection and had an estimate to me within a day. I selected them after doing my research and am very happy with the entire process. From my initial contact with Crystal she made the process simple and easy to understand. Anytime I had a question while I was waiting for my installation date the responses and Communication were excellent. The workers arrived on time early am as promised both days. The job was completely finished within the timeframe promised and the crew cleaned up everything and left my entire property cleared and free of all debris. I am a customer for life. Five stars all the way ! Thank you Buddys Roofing

  I was quite disappointed with this company for numerous reasons.First ,their workers played extremely loud music from 8 to 7 pm everyday ,they left their litter like bottles ,cans ,debris scattered all over my yard and the neighbors yard.They did not clean up daily but they waited for entire project to be done ( lasted 3 days). This made it difficult to go to anywhere on my property .They left nails, tar roofing material,metal pieces , and gutters on my bushes ,back porch .I had go out and clean up everyday( I have a bad back and this is something I shouldn't do but did for my own safety and my dog.I needed to go outside and not get hurt walking.I also was then able to use my golf cart without fear of flat tire. I understand it's a messy business but I do feel they could of cleaned up yard daily even put in a pile of something to limit the chance for injury.Also, this was a big deal, they just parked their heavy trailer on the front lawn .My husband explained that beside ruining lawn and bushes they can break sprinkler heads and requested them to move it several times to driveway or street but they just nodded and left their for 3 1/2 days instead Very unprofessional. First day of their extremely loud working and music ,they worked till dark .Because of this apparently is why they broke off one of my sprinkler heads.This in turn flooded my back outdoor porch.Im just thankful that our sprinklers only come on for a very short time or it would of flooded into my back door .Things happen I understand but They didn't even come and report this to us they just left it. I was one who saw it and told my husband..My husband called and left message regarding problem .They did seem to fixed it next day ( I won't really know until our system comes back on line on Wednesday ).All these are the reasons why I rated them so low .

  Lisa, The 1st trailer was in the driveway and the second trailer in the grass but NOT placed in the grass until we had permission. I made sure it was OK first personally. I and our driver spoke with a couple of the neighbors to offer apologies if they were concerned or felt this way and was told they were impressed with the work ethic of these roofers who worked non-stop and did almost a 60 square roof in 2.5 days. I personally spoke with Mr. Heideman at approximately 9:00 p.m. the evening the sprinkler head was discovered broken and he said he put a brick over it to stop the water and I sent the Supervisor out to fix it promptly the next day. We take our job very seriously and after being in business for 30 plus years it concerns us and we investigate every concern. These guys work in unbearable weather and take pride in the beautiful roofs that they install and it is very hurtful to them when someone is unhappy but I have shared your thoughts with them, they try the very best they can and I had our driver Inspect the yard, side walks, etc. before he left today. It is very hurtful to all companies when things are not 100% factual or could be discussed with management and given the opportunity to satisfy ones opinion and feelings.
