  My name is Jason Gean, owner of Gean Roofing. One of our clients told me to check out BSR reviews and that it appeared that our name was being slandered. The purpose of this review is solely a rebuttal to BSR slandering my great name/ reputation and false allegations of myself posting another review listed here, under a name of "Jean G". This was not a review I created nor have I ever used that name. I have contacted BSR twice regarding this matter and have been left with these statements.... "It was two years ago and they (owners) don't really care anymore" "I don't know how to change our response" "we don't run the Google page". They may "not care after a couple years", but I've just learned of this situation and I do care, regardless of how much time has past. Although I was surprised that they would believe that we had posted a fraudulent review, I was nonetheless sympathetic to their situation since we have had to contend with fraudulent reviews ourselves. It is time consuming, frustrating and costs money to dispute and resolve. I had hoped that a phone call would resolve this situation with them but it does not seem to be working. I have offered proof of our own accounts as well. We have an excellent reputation and will always defend it where required. Hopefully this review of the truth will result in a positive action for both our companies. If this slander is not removed immediately, I will be forwarding it on to the appropriate people to take to the next levels and will be expecting BSR to reimburse those costs upon the conclusion. Note....the attached photo is a screenshot of their initial action when believing we submitted a fraudulent review. The above statements are in regards to this being 100% false

  I highly recommend BSR Roofmasters. They knocked out a small flat roof on my property in less than 5 hours. I spoke a couple times with Dolores on the phone and she was very pleasant to talk to and was honest about the timeline. The gentleman who came out and gave a quote was also very pleasant and professional. Pricing is very reasonable and workmanship is excellent. Thanks BSR
