  This is the worst company I have done business with. I had to pay to get a structural engineer to go through everything. The roof failed the concrete failed his summation was that it didn't meet the bare minimum building requirements for Canyon county. My advice stay clear of these people. Unless you like to pay someone else to fix things like I am

  This guy is just trying not to pay have copies of his engineering report and does not fail we are taking him to court and this is call slander my lawyer has in formed me he singed contract and didn't pay ,day we finished he call office and said we as a company we're not allowed on property a way to not pay, report says it passed inspection

  I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I am not sure how these guys have been around for so long with the quality of work they provide. Not only did they attempt to charge me over a thousand dollars more than we had originally agreed upon, but they also refused to provide me with any receipts for the materials that they had charged me for and claimed that they purchased. In addition, rather than bringing their own tools and materials to the job they decided it would be a good idea to use my personal tools that were at my house, some of which were mysteriously gone after I fired them. As for they quality of the work that was done, after being told that the job was finished I went to the house to inspect everything only to find my house trashed and discover that all of the work done looked as if a four year old child had done it. The window that was installed was not squared and when shut had a 1/2 inch gap at the top, the new wall that had been installed stuck out nearly two inches further on the bottom then on the top, all of the tape that was on the drywall was visible all the way along the wall, the "touch up" painting that was done was all over the ceiling and window frames, part of the drywall on the wall that was replaced looked as if someone had hit it with a hammer, the stucco on the outside of the house did not match the rest of the house and had huge lumps all the way along the entire wall, the back door that was installed was not squared and does not seal when shut and best of all he did not pull a permit for the job because he claimed that he did not need to (which I personally confirmed with the city that he did). Overall nothing was done correctly and I have spent the last three days spending my own time to fix a job that was supposed to be finished by a "professional contractor". If you are looking for a reliable contractor that does those job right, than this is not your guy. I gave him three chances to fix his poor work and even after three chances it still looked like crap. Stay away from this company! Also, I had a similar experience to the other review on this page. The first day that they began the job they did not schedule a time with me to actually start, so when they decided to finally show up and could not get in touch with me they decided to break in my bedroom window and start working without my permission. Looking back I probably should have fired them that day as it would have saved me nearly $10,000.

  Bryant’s construction poured cement in our garage and a huge pad out in front of it. They did this last fall. Very bad. Cement is all cracking. Garage floor is very out of square and very unlevel. They poured the pad two times. We had to hire a person to come in here and jack hammer the first cement he poured it was so bad. The second times he poured it was awful. Such an awful grade of cement. I do not think he had any cement put in it. Just a horrible job. If you want to see it come over. Everyone that has seen it says how do they get away with this kind of work!!!!!!
