  Huge respect to Bryan for addressing our concerns. Replaced vinyl siding through an insurance claim. The crew seems to have done a great job and they they were quick as well. I'd rate them highly for the quality.

  I was getting estimates for a bathroom reno so I called Lanzello remodeling as they are in located in the Hewlett area and scheduled an estimate Nov 2020. I stated I wanted things to be started within the next 6 weeks. On Dec 4th 2020 Bryan came over to look over the job scope and told us we would have something drawn up and to expect an estimate in 2 business days. After 1 week I called and spoke to the office manager. She stated that Bryan would be getting us the estimate shortly as he was working on several contracts. After several days I called again and thr secretary stated that Bryan would get back to me. We still haven't heard from Lanzello remodeling. Two things were odd. Bryan didn't take any measurements while he was here. He looked around and said it's a small job and would typically be in and out in a week once started. Bryan just stated yes to all our requests regarding the reno. After being here for about 8 minutes he left stating "we will receive a detailed description email soon". If the job was too small then say so. Don't just have us waiting in limbo. A follow up. Its now January 4th 2021 and we haven't heard from them. Terrible customer service.

  They did a complete roofing job and gutters. Turned out Great and the price was excellent, Even had a minor gutter issue which was promptly and efficiently attended to.I highly recommend them ! They are experts!
