  I had a roof leak so we called Brown's. Hayden came over and quickly and thoroughly inspected my roof and drafted a plan to fix it. He gave me a reasonable estimate and explained the breakdown so even a novice could understand. Hayden was super helpful and professional. I won't trust our roof with just anyone. I'd recommend calling Brown's and asking for Hayden if you need help with your roof.

  Both my experiences with Browns Roofing were excellent. in 2020 they help with a minor shingle repair and then in 2021 for a roof replacement. Hayden was very friendly and professional and kept me apprised from the claim through the installation. Roofing team were punctual, efficient and left my place free of debris when the finished. Very happy with the service.

  I am currently residing in Ohio, and received a dreaded email from my tenant in SC. My roof was leaking and water was coming in the top of the kitchen window. I called Brown's in Rock Hill and they sent out a VERY AWESOME gentleman by the name of Alex. Alex confirmed that not only did I have a leak, but he felt I had extensive hail damage based on his inspection. Alex encouraged me to file a claim with my insurance carrier. He walked me through the entire process. They initially stated I didn't have enough damage to cover the roof, but Alex showed me photos that suggested otherwise. He helped me through the appeal process and my insurance carrier paid for a new roof. Alex was responsive and helpful during the entire process. He was very professional and really helped put me at ease, especially since I am several states away. I highly recommend Browns, and Alex in particular.
