  I contacted Brenco after they were recommended by a friend who had utilized them. I had decking replaced and the team was GREAT!! Extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, PROMPT, and BEYOND neat. The deck backs to neighbors with a shared driveway and they were sensitive to that fact and made sure the area was cleared of any type of debris that could cause an issue. ( Checked and TRIPLE checked for tacks and nails) The pricing was fair and there was good communication with project manager. The friend utilized them for painting and floor installation with the same positive experience. I will definitely be using Brenco Solutions again and would recommend contacting them for potential home improvement jobs.

  My previous review detailed a problem I had with the roofing subcontractor this company used and the mess they left in both my yard and a neighbor's yard. Well, the project manager came by to touch base and apologize and to let us know if there was anything he needed to do, he would. The fact that they took my review seriously and tried to correct the situation meant a lot, so I've edited it accordingly. Special thanks to Mr. Black for the follow up.

  Visited for finger printing... Lol.. Great group of people; your next lawn service needs... Already operating like a team, a greased wheel. I'll have to call for an estimate for my yard.
