  I called Bradco to find a leak. The Representative was prompt for the appointment. He said he would go back to the office to write a proposal, and that I would receive it in about 3-4 days. I waited until the fifth day to call, when I did not receive an email with the proposal. I was told that he had been really busy, and that I should receive it soon. I tried calling again, but did not get a response back. Needless to say that they will not get any business from me or recommendations.

  Had a good first time experience. However, after the hail storm in July, while they indicated that they reviewed damage, stopped communicating with me. No bid and no answer why they were not interested in doing the re-roof of the job they did three years ago.

  Probably the best company I have worked with. Everyone was very helpful and easy to work with. The workers left my yard in perfect condition with no mess behind.
