They are very good at what they do.  Excellent professional working crew.  Cleaned up working area when done.  Absolutely would recommend this company and this job looked great when done.  Took two days start to finish, that was removing old shingles, patching bad sheeting and reshingleing.

They are an awesome company! They never over charge, and are reliable. Keith & Matt Bowles do great work but what's even better is they honor their warranties with no problem, so I always feel safe when I work with them!

His crew just finished putting a new roof on my rental property. It looks amazing and the crew were friendly and hard-working. Bowles Roofing did everything right from providing a quote, updating us on permits, getting us on the schedule, the tearing off of the old roof, putting on the new roof, and the clean-up. If you're worried about getting a new roof because of all the horror stories you hear about bad companies, then call Bowles. Honest, friendly, and professional from the top down.

I used Bowles for my reroofing because of my past experience with their excellent repair services. There were lots of other companies working in my area but I didn't even get another estimate because of my very positive past experiences.

Their estimate was accurate and very fairly priced. They offered me the option to repair some damage or do an entire reroofing. I chose to reroof. They did the job in a timely manner from the time the contract was signed. The job was completed in 2 days as they said it would. They respected my property and cleaned up after themselves very well.

As far as I can tell the job was completed competently except for one glaring and very obvious problem with the black sealant applied to the areas where the roof meets the white siding. The sealant was applied poorly and not trimmed properly, an issue which should have been seen and corrected before the workmen left the job site. It was not.

To my knowledge, no supervisor even came to inspect the job because if they had they should immediately have had the problem corrected. It took several emails and calls to the company to get a response and too long for the poor workmanship to be corrected. I asked for a more competent finisher to complete the repair, but the same crew was sent back to redo their mistake with no other supervision. If they couldn't do it right the first time, why would they be sent back? The black sealant stained my siding in the time that it sat there baking in the hot June Florida sun waiting to be fixed. Their solution after getting around to doing the repair was to paint (!) the stained part of the vinyl siding.

I questioned the wisdom of using paint on vinyl and was never given any answer about this. In fact, although I left messages on various principles voice mails and asked repeatedly for callbacks, I never heard from any responsible company principle ever again. Don't get me wrong, the office staff is lovely and does their best, but that is no substitute for hearing from someone higher up the corporate structure when a systemic problem is brought to their attention. I am sure it was not only my roof that had this issue.

Follow-through is as important in a construction project such as this as is the actual workmanship. To my knowledge the workmanship was acceptable, but the follow-through by the company owners was not.

Installation good, product sold Atlas Pinnacle not good. Shingle darkened in only 6yrs. purchased specifically to prevent this. Having problem in claim process.

Didn't show for my scheduled estimate appointment. Told me they'd do a satellite bid instead,  but I never got anything or heard anything else back from them.  Update:  After posing this review company did contact me and provided me with an estimate.  They followed up to see if I had questions and did a much better job communicating with me than previously, therefore, I am revising my review from 1 star to 3.

Bowles roofing has been called twice for roof issues since I have been  living in my home.  Both times, the gentlemen that have come out, have been very professional, personable and dependable.  The first time I  had a leak, the owner came out and walked my roof and told me that the water mark which I had seen on my ceiling was caused by the driving rain which caused the rain to come up under my ridge vent (hurricane rains).  He told me my roof looked in good order and there were no issues. And sure enough, there were no more issues after the hurricane. He was correct.   The second time when I heard dripping on my ceiling after a rain (3 years later), Anthony Chase came out and checked an area on the ridge vent which the crows had been picking.  He inspected both the roof and the attic at the point of concern and more.  Although the repair was a less than 10 minute repair, he never indicated that this small job was any less important. He was patient with my questions, clearly explained what the crows did to the caulking line where the ridge vents met and let me know that otherwise, my roof appeared to be in very good condition.  I would highly recommend Bowles roofing to anyone who needed a roof.  I have found them to be a very dependable and honest.  If you have any roof issues or concerns, I would highly recommend calling Bowles roofing.  I will definitely being calling them when it comes time to repair my roof.  They have given exceptional care to both my roof and me.  THANK YOU BOWLES ROOFING!

Its nice to find companies before hand for future projects that we can be comfortable with.  So We thought for the work performed that I saw, deserved a great rating.  Will contact in the future without hesitation.

High quality workmanship from Bowlew Roofing crew.  On time, work hard, and finished on time.  Whole process starting with the first call with Chase who did a through inspection of the roof, made recomendations and came in with a competitive price (wasn't the lowest) but, pointed out features and needs better than the competition and was also highly recommended by a neighbor that used them a few months earlier.

Chase and his crew did a wonderful job and were absolutely amazing to work with from initially inspecting the roof on my house before I purchased it to ultimately doing the whole replacement. I will always recommend Bowles Roofing.
