The actually roofing portion of the job was OK, though communication was a problem throughout the job. Then, when it came time to finish and do the gutters, I made a 200-mile round trip and wasted a whole day because the gutter guys (sub-contractors to Bow-Tie) were no-show... in spite of the fact that I called Bow-Tie the day before to confirm. I was assured EMPHATICALLY that they'd be there. The owner of Bow-Tie was not only completely dismissive wasting my time, he actually got mad at me for complaining! Then he got mad again because I was waiting for him to amend the invoice so I didn't have to pay for gutters I didn't get.
