  They overcharge people and underpay their employees (if you even get your paycheck) they lie about what they are willing to pay and dont ever give any important time off without making you feel like your about to lose your job even if its an emergency. They dont even have a license anymore and continue working from what I've heard. The atmosphere is very uncomfortable and they are rude.
