  You know the saying “When it rains, it pours?” Well, it poured on our house while we were at the lake and we noticed water in the nursery when we got home. My husband immediately got on the Thumbtack App and came across Bourbon Country Roofing. Not even five minutes after sending an inquiry, Jordan happily replied. He was willing to come right that minute, but storms were rolling in again, so (for safety reasons) they set up an appointment that worked best for us. Jordan showed up with a positive attitude, confident he could help fix our leaking roof. Upon inspection, we decided a new roof was best for us, thanks to significant hail damage (we were also down to fiberglass on multiple shingles). In addition to staying in constant contact with us, Jordan went as far as sending us an email to forward to our insurance company, giving his professional opinion regarding the damage, as there have been two recent hail dates. Even after being denied by our insurance, we knew no other company was meant for the job. We set up a time and day that worked with our crazy schedule; his crew promptly arrived and got the job finished quickly and efficiently. We’ve never dealt with a company more professional. Bourbon Country Roofing really is all about their customers! Not only are several of the owners veterans, you get a FREE bottle of BOURBON with EVERY roof purchase. We cannot thank this company enough for their service to not only their customers, but their country.

  Bourbon Country Roofing LLC did the gutters on my home and did an amazing job. They were very professional, and got it done the first time. Couldnt have asked for better service
