  I recently purchased my home and needed a kitchen renovation. After searching and discussing my plans to renovate with local acquaintances, Boulia Construction and Restoration came highly recommended, not only for their quality of service, but also for their quality of character. Making final decisions from style and color of cabinetry, counter tops, paint colors, appliances, right down to the flooring can be somewhat challenging within itself. The patience, attention to detail, and guidance provided to me during my decision-making allowed me to actually enjoy my renovation instead of becoming overwhelmed. The knowledge and interest Boulia Construction and Restoration showed, was how a team and their Project Manager work together from start to finish and how well they complement each other during the tasks provided daily. All were such a pleasure to work around each day and always had such a positive attitude when arriving for their daily duties. When I started my project, I never imagined how beautiful my new kitchen would turn out. I cannot say enough about this company and how much I would highly recommend their services for any type of renovation you may have. I could not have done it without such a great team.   Arrived to my condo for the summer with water dripping from my ceiling due to overflowing water from my upstairs neighbor. Although I called the office at 4:45pm before a holiday weekend, a crew was sent out that day so we could immediately get things dried out. Darrin Mercer, my project manager, was extremely friendly and stayed on top of the job even though it wasn't a huge dollar project. Due to insurance reasons it took longer to complete, but once I was ready Boulia had a crew in within 2 days to finish things up. Thank you Boulia Construction and Restoration for your quick action and efforts.

  This company failed to properly hook up an upstairs neighbor's shower, then tried to tell me it was my responsibility to pay for the water damage on my ceiling. After a heated conversation about filing a complaint, they agreed to fix the job, but did such bad patchwork with the sheetrock that we told them to stop working and we hired a different company to fix the ceiling. Today, we were told at the HOA meeting that the estimate to fix the tennis court only covered paint and not any sort of caulking the cracks! I find it poor business to not include caulking or surface work in a painting estimate.
