I was very pleased with Boulder Roofing. The estimator, Ryan, communicated clearly what the job would consist of, the cost and the starting date. Ryan also met with my insurance adjuster to answer any questions the adjuster might have about the proposed work. All workers showed up by 7:30 a.m. and immediately commenced work on the appointed date. The crew was careful to cover the lawn and bushes below the roof to ensure a minimal amount of debris falling. The roof was stripped, rotted plywood replaced and shingles installed in one day. Clean up was such that I found little debris remaining after they left. I did have to remove the gutter downspouts and remove nails and roofing material that had been blown into the gutters and into the downspouts. I was very impressed with Boulder Roofing and would definitely recommend this company.

Bryce Howard was very responsive, friendly, and honest. I live in a townhouse with two other roofs that connect to mine and he was willing to coordinate between us in order to save each of us money which I really appreciated! They did great work. I would highly recommend them!
