  This roofing service company gives customer satisfaction the utmost priority. Hence from start to finish they prioritize the customer’s needs and designs the project and quotes prices as per that. The team that they have is also very professional and is well aware of the work that they are doing.

  They came on Monday morning and did the repairs very well. Their experience was a big plus for our work. They completed the task within five hours and left the premises all clean. Do hire them or at least get their estimates for your roofing and you will notice the difference.

  I called Bothell Roofing to get an estimate for updating the waterproofing on a deck. Albert came out the next day and measured the site and we discussed the work. He told me that he would send an estimate the following day. After hearing nothing, I left a message with the receptionist a couple weeks later and Albert returned my call and said he would look into why I hadn't received the estimate. That was the last I heard from him, despite 3 more calls from me (leaving messages with receptionist as well as a call directly to Albert's cell number listed on their website) over a period of 4 more weeks and an email just requesting an update. I asked that even if they weren't interested in doing the job, to please just let me know. I received no response. A simple 30 second call back would have sufficed. Albert demonstrated to me that Bothell Roofing is unprofessional and unreliable.
