  We are thrilled with our new bathrooms! Bobby, Will, and Diante did such a great job on demo and installation. They were great at communicating and the install went smooth. We did our master and our hall bath and they are wildly improved and so nice! They went above and beyond and we would definitely recommend them to others and call for our future kitchen project! Thank you!!

  We remodeled our kitchen this spring (2021 ) and decided to also replace all the windows in our ranch style house which was built in 1965 and still had the original single pane aluminum framed windows that always frosted over and formed ice every winter. After getting several very high Pressure sales pitches from window companies, I called Bordner for a last estimate before just giving up and doing the replacement myself, as I have over 10 years experience in the construction trade. I must say everyone at Bordner was a joy to work with, from the design consultant Gabe Rorvig who came all the way from Colorado Springs to Loveland to show their products and was very relaxed and low key, no fast talking, no high pressure, just a nice person to work with. He then measured all our windows and gave us an estimate of the cost that was very reasonable, explained the financing available, which we really did not need, working the windows into our existing budget, then their project manager Angle came and verified all the measurements that Gabe had taken, just to be sure the material order would be correct. All through the window ordering process the work coordinator Tatiana Gruen was in constant contact with us, keeping us in the loop as to the window build progress and when we could expect installation to begin. When the windows were shipped to Colorado, Melissa Ewert called and scheduled the installation and the guys arrived with the windows, unloading them and storing them onto our covered back patio. They then started removing the old windows, stabilizing the wood framing, installing the new windows, insulating the area between the window frame and the sub frame, install the outer trim, coming inside and installing the inner trim, and cleaning up all debris before removing the next window. This was sort of important since the outside temp was in the 40s at the time. All in all, I was verry impressed with the professionalism of the installation and cannot praise Bordner high enough. Just as a follow up, this past week, we have had two snow storms of slightly over 6in each with temperatures at or slightly below 0 degrees, so I decided to check the windows and see just how good they were, using my infre red temp gun, I measured the dining room wall, then the window glass next to it and they had the same temp, which indicates to me that the windows that Bordner installed are in fact doing an excellent job keeping the cold out and the heat in.

  I would for sure recommend Bordner Home Improvement. I had a shower installed and it looks amazing. I will say, at first I was happy because it took 4 months to get my shower in due to COVID shortage, but I was not told that. Josh Coffey was super nice and listened to why I was frustrated. He was great about making sure I was happy by the end. If I had to wait all over again, I would. Their product is unlike anything I’ve showered in. The two installers Zach and Bobby were super nice, respectful of my home and since I could not be there, they are for sure trustworthy! I will be getting my shower from these guys if I buy any other homes! Update I switched them to 4 stars because the project manager set up an appointment to review the work and never showed when so had to drive home on my lunch break. I had to call them for them to tell me he forgot.
