  My daughter used Bootheel Roofing. She has a contract with a 2 year warranty. About two weeks later it starts leaking. She has tried to contact them repeatedly, but they will not respond. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company.

  I had a new roof put on over one existing layer of shingles. I was told Bootheel Roofing has a 2 year workmanship warranty. Not even a month after our roof was finished, the ridge cap was coming off. Whole shingles laying on the roof and in my yard. I texted once and was told someone would get out there the coming Sunday to repair it. No one came. I tried to call and text the following week with no response. I finally got a call back the next week and was told someone would be out that Thursday (12/9/21) to take care of it. I have again, called and sent texts with no response. The wind we had on Christmas Eve tore more of the ridge cap off. I have called on numerous occasions only to find that “This customer is not currently accepting calls” and the text messages go unread. I would really like for this to get repaired instead of escalating the problem.

  I actually give it 0 stars. My roof is terrible, leaking, needs to be fixed, but they will not return my messages to honor their 2 year warranty. This has been an absolute nightmare. Im still going through it. Single mom trying to live with a new roof that is leaking and very poorly done.
