  Tom and Wes have been fantastic. Very prompt and professional. The work was completed very quickly. (10 days or so) Rebuild on chimney tuck point and water proofing. Also trimmed out a window AC unit in the wall. The work was top notch no nonsense attached. Will definitely be hiring for future projects.

  I called Bob the Builder when I noticed my roof leaking. They came out, inspected the roof and worked with my insurance to get a new roof put on. As far as the roof goes, it looks great. It appears to be doing its job, no more leaks. The crew cleaned all the debris from around my house after they were done, I don't think I could really ask for anything else. After the roof, I called them back to remodel my shower after seeing some of their other work. We had a leaky mess made by the flippers that sold us our house. Our new shower turned out beautiful and professionally done. The shower remodeler was professional and considerate. He brought everything to our attention, kept everything clean, and went above and beyond what was agreed.

  I'll start by saying the work that this company does is great! The workers are very respectful and courteous, although there's a bit of a language barrier. Wes is the man I spoke to about an estimate. He sent someone out right away to inspect my roof and sent me an estimate within a few days of my initial call. After signing the contract I was told that work would begin at 8am the next day. Cutting out all the details, the time kept getting pushed back and I spent my whole day waiting until 2pm for them to show up. About half way through the job my husband noticed they weren't doing all that Wes said they were going to do. At that point my husband spoke to the workers and they alerted Wes that we had concerns. He immediately called my husband and was very loud and disrespectful. My husband was very calm and simply said that the work wasn't being done as per the contract. My husband said that there must be some misunderstanding. At that point, Wes said, "Well maybe you shouldn't have had your wife take care of your business!" He was very rude, and disrespectful, and I will never be working with this company again. It's a shame really because the employees are very good at what they do, but we felt very threatened and strong armed by Wes and another guy working with him, who's name I didn't catch.

  Dear Jackie, 1.You hired us 3 times over the years and every time you have been dealing with me, 2.You signed the contract, and I explained to you on the contract, and in person what will be done. 3.This time it was a roof repair, it took us 3 days from the signed contract to hop to it before 2 rainy days. 4.You did not pay any money down for materials or permit due to the fact that you were a preferred, repeat customer. 5. During the course of the job your husband came up to the workers and from what he said, it was clear that he wanted a lot more than what was contracted for. He demanded something that was not part of the contract and would have cost 3 to 4 times more. The work he wanted done would have required a structural change by an engineer and a permit pulled specifically for that job. Again none of that type of extensive work was contracted. 6.When the project was almost done, he said he won't pay and he tried to renegotiate the work description. 7.We fixed 3 different areas(1 for free) and replaced up to 300sf of shingles, also we had to drive 2 hours to get your old style of shingles, (contract price $ 2,880.00) 8.In return, (beside the review) you wrote us a check that was post dated five days later from the day we finished your project, so we had to wait for the money that we had spent on the permit and materials, for an entire week. 9. I live my life honestly, and with integrity, and I am the same man that I was when you met me 7 years ago. I wish you the very best, Wes from Bob the Builder, Inc.
