  Roof and gutter project went perfect! From day one everyone at Bob Jahn's that I interacted with was very professional and able to answer any questions I had, the lead on my project Ryan was great. Their knowledge and straightforward way made it an easy choice. I had 2 roofing companies no-show their appointment to give me an estimate. 1 who came in at double what I had in mind for a roof and 1 who walked the roof took notes but wanted me to wait almost 3 weeks to hear back from their specialist to walk me through materials and warranties and starting a quote. Easy choice, Bob Jahn's didn't come with any gimmicks or sales pitch. Just a straight-up here's what we can do for you and here's how we'd do it plus references. Communication on scheduling and rain delays was great. The crew showed up early worked fast and clean from the teardown to the install. Now to fix up the siding/trim, paint and complete the refresh on my exterior.

  I am a new homeowner and a strong wind storm made a few shingles fly off of our old neglected roof. I saw the good reviews and pictures of Bob Jahn's work and was impressed and scheduled online for a free estimate. Tiffany called us up soon after and scheduled Ryan to come out and talk to us. Ryan was very friendly, professional and very respectful and walked us through what materials and the process would be and he even went up in the attic and roof for a quick visual inspection of what was needed. Ryan was very nice and honest. What I liked the most from him was that there is no pressure to sign anything or sell you anything you don't need. I got 3 bids on my roof and Bob's was the most fair and reasonable and had a good reputation so I went with them. I ended up going with Owens Corning Mountainside and also had them replace all my old leaking gutters with nice new seamless gutters. Hilario and his entire crew was efficient, fast and respectful and I ended up getting a new roof finished in just one day! They charge a very fair price, back up their work, have great referrals, and hold themselves accountable and are very professional. I am so happy I decided to go with this company and Ryan was amazing to work with and Tiffany always updated us with what was going on. Thank you for my new roof!

  We had a large apartment complex roof re done. The work was done on time, if not early. They took great care to make sure the resident cars and balconies were kept clean and safe. Either the foreman or someone in the office contacted me every day to make sure things were going smoothly. Great crew all professional and polite, especially Tiffany the Office Manager a real sweetheart. I had many positive comments from my resident on what a great job they did in taking care of their personal property. After this experience I would use Bob Jan"s Roofing on my home when needed. Can't thank you enough for taking such good care of the roof, property, and resident. during what could have been a difficult process. Not a single nail left behind.
