  By far and away, the most professional home renovation experience we have had to date. Maciej and his team installed an entirely new roof, drainage system, access hatch, and skylights on our Brooklyn row house. Not only does it look amazing, they were kind, thoughtful, and communicative along the way, respecting our space and cleaning up after their work. Their attention to detail is second to none. They went above and beyond to help us problem solve along the way too. When we discovered a layer of asbestos insulation under the original roof, Maciej helped us source a reputable contractor to safely have it removed in a matter of days. I cannot recommend them enough!

  I used BNP to waterproof a hatch and my roof. They came on time and in short notice to do the job. The work itself was perfect and they even came back without me requesting it to do some additional calking. I find them easy to work with, diligent, and honest. I would recommend them to anyone that has a waterproofing issue.

  This is the most professional business I’ve delt with in a long time!! Punctual, hard working and all around nice guys! Maciej really tries to solve the problem at hand. He comes prepared and ready to work! Which is very hard to find with most contractors. You can see he takes pride in his work and so does his staff. I will definitely be using him in the future and telling others to do so also.
