We used Rebuildex back in 2014 when a tree went through our roof. They did a terrible job. The soffits were all done wrong - they float. So every time we have a bad storm they blow down. Squirrels just push up and find their way in. I wish we went after them to fix this years ago. We continue to have issues to this day. I hope the quality of work has improved since then.

We had roof damage due to a tree that fell on our house. RebuildEx made the replacement process simple, even when they encountered issues with our old roof. They worked with both us and the insurance company to make sure we understood the estimate and the repairs. Overall, a we had a very good experience to deal with a difficult situation.

We had water-related disasters in our house and thanks to my friends for suggesting me this company.  I called and spoke with them last month, and they arrived at my home within a couple of hours(same day). They are friendly and sorted out the issue without causing much damage to the house. Prices were also reasonable.

RebuildEx took over an insurance claim for the basement and did an excellent job managing the project from start to finish.  They worked with us to address some cost concerns over changes we made to the original plan and we were able to come to a mutually agreeable solution.  The project manager (Robert Harrington) kept us informed through the entire project and was easily reachable to address any questions or concerns.

Promptly an adjuster arrived during our.frightening experience with an electrical fire. Also a firefighter who represents Rebuildex was present.with the Raynham Fire Department around 10p.m. The fire occurred while I was asleep. I was awakened by my companion and I proceeded to call 911,  Rebuildex promptly took over securing my home and arranged all the repairs. The final repairs were complete within 6 months  by contracted experts in their fields of expertise. I am very pleased with the outcome and all the damages are fixed beyond my expectations with quality workmanship.

Very pleased with the coordination and professionalism of Zack Souza. Work completed in a timely manner and workmanship was proficient. Would recommend and  will definitely use again.

I went on vacation and came home to an absolute nightmare. My hot water heater burst in the attic who knows when during my 2 weeks away. It was like stepping into one of the commercials you see on tv with your furniture floating by.   I could not clean that up on a good day. I called my insurance agent and he told me that there were companies out there that could clean that up for me.  I picked this firm as it was local.  They took what I thought to be a hopeless situation and completely turned it around for me.  They were onsite within the hour, pulled up the carpet/padding, sprayed "hospital grade" anti-microbial disinfectant, and set up their dehumidifiers/air handlers incredibly fast. We were able to get the house cleaned up, repaired, and ready to live in again.   I can't say enough about their professionalism, sense of urgency, and competency.
