We needed our dryer vent cleaned leading from the dryer to the outside. My call was returned promptly and the technicians called when on the way. The young men who provided the service we polite, professional and efficient. They completed the job in a timely manner and showed me what they found. I could not be more pleased with this company and the service provided. I will not hesitate in calling again for one of their other services.

I want to thank Blue Water Restoration, Jarvisburg for all the help you've given me. I had no idea what my "leak" would entail. Who would do what, when, and how. What BWR was responsible for, what I was responsible for and now that we are done, i'm so glad I chose your company.! You all were professional, responsible, diligent, respectful and very helpful. You suggested and provided quality subcontractors. When I needed some consideration, it was forth- coming. In all areas: documentation, contact Information, financial info., and product information. Excellent service! All of the Bluewater staff that came to our house were very professional and the nicest group of people one could have. Fast, efficient and extremely great at what they do. They did excellent work and got my home back to normal after a water heater leak.
