  Blue Ridge Custom Homes did an excellent job on our home and truly went above and beyond to make the process go as smoothly as possible. We had an immediate need to build in a certain area, so they found the land and made it happen. Nathan Wiley, Nathan Janocka, Tyler Wilkerson, and the rest of the team at Blue Ridge were all wonderful to work with.   Been working with Blue Ridge over the past year to build a small home in a more rural area between Short Pump and Charlottesville. We were looking for a somewhat unique situation at first but BRCH was great at giving us ideas and being willing to be flexible. Cost structure is very straightforward and identified up front in the process. Employees are great and communicate well. No complaints and I would absolutely use them again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build a house.
