  We had originally booked Kai for a smaller project which turned in to replacing all baseboards and door frames in the house plus shiplap on a wall and window seat. Kai took the change with a positive attitude and his work is amazing. They even finished a couple of projects that we had started and not finished - huge bonus! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and they are now our “go to”for any project around the house

  I needed the inner workings of 2 toilets replaced. I emailed another plumber and they have yet to get back to me. I saw an ad on Yelp about the Bland's and gave them a call. It is easy to see why they are super busy. I was added to a list and a few days later I got a call back that they had an unexpected opening and could come today. The jobs got done quickly and professionally. I was very happy to get this work done so quickly. I would call them again!

  I can highly recommend Bland’s Handy Home Services and Painting...Kai and Mark did an outstanding job for me....my Gazebo looks great...new lighting in kitchen is wonderful and just what I wanted! Ceiling fan looks great! They were polite, personable and professional...Will definitely be using them again for other projects!
