  I contacted Blake Taylor in search for a contractor to build our new home. I sent him the floor plans a week prior and called him to follow up to see if anything else was needed. Upon talking to him he asked who else I received estimates from. I started to list the other contractors (as I am doing this he is scoffing in the background). I told him we were just in the process of getting estimates at this point. He said I am going to go ahead and bow out of this because they are no where near compared to the work I do. He did not even give me the chance to get a estimate from him and acted like he was above me. If you are a new home builder you will find that it is hard to find a contractor in this area. So of course you will try to throw your “net” wide to see what you can find and who will be the best fit for you and your family. I would not contact this man to build for you. He is extremely rude and unprofessional.

  I havent seen a house built by this developer that I didnt like. I will be using him to build my second home this time!
