  Blair services is self serving, dishonest, and performs a terrific disappearing act. Hired to perform two tasks and failed miserably at both. Re hang gutter and install snow guards. Gutter will not drain dry, snow guards installed up site down / manufacturer specs. Fabricated untruths to excuse un finished work, and will not return calls. Totally incompetent. You can’t make this stuff up. G. Gilbert
