  I had the privilege of working with Chad Blackston when he built our new home. I appreciated his attention to detail and quality. I have been very pleased with my new home. Chad was easy to communicate with and follow up on any questions or concerns I had during the building process and any concerns after we closed on our home. He was great to work with and I would use him again if I were to ever build another home. In the end, we have a beautiful and quality built home. Thank you Chad!

  My wife and I feel very fortunate to have had Blackston Custom Homes build our new home. Chad Blackston is definitely a man of integrity and was very helpful to us throughout the entire process. When we had questions, Chad would always make time to meet with us. We had some very specific things we wanted in our home, and Chad made them happen.   Chad and his team worked with us for almost 2 years planning and building our home. Throughout the entire process Chad was always available, shared information in a way we could understand it, patient with our million questions, and able to provide solutions to any challenges we came across in the process. BUT, most importantly, we received a quality product when we took possession of our home. Chad's attention to detail-such as building materials selection or hiring competent sub-contractors who have the same values as Blackston Custom Homes was outstanding. Since we have moved in, he has been readily available anytime we have had a question and taking on even the smallest task to make sure everything was just right. Anyone these days can build a house, Blackston Custom Homes, LLC builds HOMES, leaving a little part of himself (as the face of Blackston Custom Homes, LLC) in each house that he builds-as if he was going to live there himself.
