  Poor customer service if any, signed contract last summer with agreement that we could wait for the roof as long as it gets put on before winter/ 1 st snow. Job got pushed back a couple times and then it snowed. They say they call- no record on any phones of a call from them. Text multiple times until someone gets back to you. Can’t call and leave message because voicemail is full. Better Business Bureau tried sever times to contact. Requested our down payment back multiple times. In a text message mid January said deposit was mailed- still waiting! Sent several more messages with no response. Heard the work is good but is it worth all the trouble- no!

  Dustin and his construction company were contracted to build a garage for me 4 months ago. Since that time, he has gone missing and refuses to answer phone calls or text messages. I’ve not received a return deposit as requested. I suggest everyone in the same situation contact the Lycoming county district attorney. They are aware of this situation.
