Tom was responsive and worked hard to fit me in to his team's busy schedule to remove skylights and install standing seam metal in their place, to match the remainder of my roof. Throughout the process, Tom answered my questions in a timely fashion. His crew were nice guys and hard-working. Finally, what really moves me to recommend Black Ox is that they stand behind their work. I had few questions on the initial pass of work and Tom and Sullivan, like Tom, a great guy, came out to touch a few things up. I think they did a great job. and will call them again for my roofing needs.

I have not worked with a more respectful and professional crew for any type of work I've needed done on my house here in Chelsea. A number of important details needed close attentention, and Sullivan was all set to deal with these when he arrived. Great bunch of guys, ...and very hard working. They're not just roofers....they're craftsmen.

The driver of their black truck was discourteous and rude. Showed little care for others and is a danger to our communities. I would never do business with someone that acts like the driver and treats others the way he does.

The appropriate response to this gentleman is "mind your own business". Furthermore, if there is some danger posed to the public please advise the proper authorities. This review is a joke. All real customers and clients of our company will realize. We will continue to operate in a professional and courteous manner.....as has been our policy for 25 plus years. Some people!!!....
