  We were longtime homeowners making a first-ever hail claim. Lindsey handled everything from the initial assessment and meeting with our adjuster to the final inspection. He was super responsive and easy to communicate with, the work was completed on time and on budget and we’ve nothing but praise for him and his crew. Already recommended Black Bear Roofing to our neighbors!

  I'd absolutely use Black Bear Roofing again. I've given a 5 star rating because 10 stars aren't an option. We contacted Black Bear Roofing following a hail/wind storm resulting in shingle and roof damage. From the first meeting to the completion of the work, Lindsey was professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He fully described the work needed to remove and replace our existing roofing materials, including repairing decking where needed. When we had a question he always stopped and explained the process, taking the time to show us exactly what he was talking about. Lindsey ensured all building codes were complied with and immediately came up with a schedule, consistent with our needs and schedule, to get the job done. He communicated directly with our insurance company when needed, providing any necessary documentation and photos of work - before, during, and after the job. Lindsey personifies "treat others they way you'd want to be treated". Black Bear Roofing is hands down one of the best contractors we've ever worked with. Excellent job.

  Lindsey definitely is an excellent communicator! He really knows a lot about roofs. He is professional and kind and helped me to understand about roofs as a person that knows nothing about roofs. He is extremely knowledgable and was very quick to respond to my messages. I think it is rare to come across people in any business that are as warm and friendly as Lindsey! Thank you for all your help! I really appreciate it!
