  My experience with @BiniekSpecialty has been as advertised! Over the years, I’ve dealt with contractors whose attitudes could be summed up by “it’s good enough because I can’t see it from my house.” That was certainly not the case with Biniek. Kudos to Paul, Amber, and Ruben for delivering a wonderful experience on my project! My house was built in 1943 with an addition that was added in 1975. The original house had an aluminum roof that was installed in 1985 and the addition had a rubber roof in 2003 when I moved in which was replaced by a TPO roof a few years later and then coated with GACO. In an effort to stop leaks in the addition, a mistakenly spent thousands of dollars repairing the low sloping roof (because that’s where the leak was). Biniek was the only contractor (and I’ve had 3) that properly diagnosed the problem as originating at the metal roof. Because they specialize in many different roofing materials, they helped me to devise the most affordable and effective plan to tackle my unique roofing dilemma. Paul even talked me out of a more expensive solution because the value added wasn’t worth the extra expense. I’m so glad I found this company and highly recommend them!

  From the original initial phone call to final cleanup Biniek is the most professional, friendly, and consciousness group of people I've ever dealt with. Amber, Paul & His crew are wonderful people. Paul came for the original estimate, and took the time to measure, inspect, and then discussed the work needing done, and how it would be performed. I have alot of experience in construction over 50 yrs, and had preconception of what needed done. He not only covered my expectations, but made several suggestions beyond. This company pays attention to every detail to provide the best quality of service possible. I had 2 other estimates completed by other companies who did not give the same attention to these detail, and the prices were higher. The crew were hard working, fast, efficient, and paid very close attention to ever detail making sure everything was perfect, and sealed tight. . PRICE, QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM, PERSONAL KINDNESS... I can not say enough nice and good things about Biniek. CALL THEM YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID !

  My experience with Biniek specialty contractors started during a rainstorm while sitting at our dining room table. A drip started from one of our skylights above the table. I immediately looked up several roofers in the area. I called two that said they were too busy and could not come out for a couple of weeks. I then remembered my neighbor had his roof replaced last year. I gave Biniek a call and Paul came out within a couple days. He went up on the roof, fixed a couple of problems and advised me that I might need a new roof sooner rather than later. Please note there was no pressure at all from him to give us an estimate. I asked how much I owed him for today and he said there would be no charge. It took him about 10 minutes to fix the problem. After receiving several estimates from roofing contractors including Biniek, it was a no brainer to go with them because their estimate was considerably less than the others. And Paul's explanation and recommendation of the materials to be installed were spot on. Once the materials came in, we had our roof and skylights replaced. It took 3 days for them to complete the job. (aka big roof) The roof and skylights look great. Their employees were professional and went above and beyond to meet our expectations.
