  (Roof repair/roof leak/fixing valley) Bill and his crews did a great job fixing the roof leak! It hasn't been leaking so far after the fix on 12/6/2021. Although they are not the cheapest among the vendors offering to fix the roof, they were very responsive, offered a great quality of work and a 10 years warranty! While all the other contractors I talked to needed at least 2 - 4 weeks before actually fixing it, Bill did the inspection himself and was able to schedule the work in about 3-4 days! His crews, Mario and another man who can't speak much English took just 1 day to install the new valley membrane and finish all the patching. And they cleaned up all the garbage promptly. There were only 2 things I was a little bit concerned about, which Bill promptly and patiently answered. (1) It's a bit cloudy/rainy on 12/6, so I was worried that might affect their work and was wondering if Bill wanted to reschedule. But Bill, based on his experience, assured me that they would be able to finish the work before the rain, and it shouldn't have any impact. (2) It's stated on the contract that the valley roofing material will be "new Firestone roofing with black mineral surface", but eventually what's installed is "Firestone SBS White". Bill explained that the white one would be a better fit because a silver coating is needed for the black one, and with Firestone SBS White, the silver coating is not needed. I am really glad and appreciate that Bill took the time to patiently and promptly address my concerns, and explained everything thoroughly to me! And he is very flexible with the payment methods as well! Overall, Bill and his teams did an awesome job! Thank you very much for the hard work! And I will post an update in 3 months - 1 year if anyone is interested!

  We highly recommend Bill White roofing. Bill was very responsive with phone calls and text messages. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done with our roof repair and replacement. His price included all wood repair under the shingles. No surprises. Total package was exactly what he quoted us in his estimate. His work crew were on time and did a great job on our roof. They also spent many hours cleaning up the old shingles that needed to be removed. Total experience was a pleasure and stress free. Liked the fact that Bill came to our house several times during the day the roof was replaced to make sure things were going as planned. We were lucky that he was able to get our roof done before his crew went on vacation for the winter. Great guy and great company. Need roof work, call Bill White !!

  I have to say, Bill White and his team are very professional and responsible, they come to work earlier and work the whole day until sunset. You can't imagine his team also working on Thanks Giving Day to complete the whole job. Also, the price is fair and competent, if my friend needs to repair the roof, of course, I will recommend Bill White to them.
