  I bought my house with a less then a year old roof installed by Big S. The original roof and some siding had been damaged by hail. The insurance paid out over $25,000 on the repairs or so I was told by my, at the time, insurance agency. The first time it rained there were no less then 11 leaks. Made several appointments which he failed to show up for. On the one or two he did show up for he was evasive and vague. When I got a second opinion I was told there had been no flashing installed and that was the reason for the leaks. I called him again, made appointments again, he blew them off again. When I confronted him, and I was frustrated and angry, I was less then courteous. My bad I’ll admit. But I was told I was not the person he had the warrantee contract with, that it was the previous owner and he would not honor it. He refused to do anything else. I could have sued but I figured I’d just end up having to spend a lot more money and possibly still have to pay for a new roof. So I had another contractor do another roof. Big S won that one. I’ll never do business with him again. Nor will I recommend him to anyone not even my worst enemy.

  The camping prices are rediculous they want to charge a nightly fee along with a daily fee person. There are not enough picnic tables. The water looks blue till people get in then you become a muddy mess. I expected more atmosphere compared to what there is. Could go to the lake for free and get the same experience! Overall probably don't see us returning.

  They did not do what they said they'd do or promise what they would do. Our new roof was a half-a** job my husband had to fix a few things. They only did half of our shed and didn't even leave the materials for it even though we paid for it. Was suppose to have money left over to replace the sheet rock and installation in the attack but didn't get that either. There real nice then they stab you in the back. Real hard to get a hold of too. Don't recommend them.
