These guys just finished up my building today. We are very pleased with everything. I started out getting a quote from Daniel and never got passed off to anyone else the entire time. Any questions I had, I called Daniel and he was always professional and always answered or returned my calls. Josh and his crew, that erected the building were the same way. Josh was always willing to take a minute or two if I had any questions and was always very respectful. We had a great experience! If you are in the market for a red iron building or a pole barn, give these guys a call.

We had an outstanding experience with Big Red Metals. Jim Carr helped us with ideas on how to utilize our current barn material to save us money! He also connected us with a contractor that moved our barn to its new location and reinstalled it with a new roof. The lumber and hardware order was spot on. Great service. We will contact them again for any future projects. Highly recommend! Alan McDonald

I ordered a 30x40 barndominium from Big Red Metals early in 2021. Everything seemed to be going good and was treated well to begin with. I was notified roughly six months later that my building was ready and I elected to pick it up myself. Upon arrival I was told that my sixteen foot trailer was not long enough because there where some 20 foot pieces, and that they would not load me due to this. I politely but firmly explained that I would be responsible for transport and that all I needed them to worry about was loading the building. From this point on there was a noticeable attitude change towards me. Never the less I can handle not being liked and moved on. I finished paying and even assisted with loading. I was given the building plans but there was no full parts list. Due to this I asked several times if everything had been included due to not wanting to have to come back, I live four hours away. I was assured that they had loaded everything and I started home. A week later I was contacted by management to be informed that they had forgot to load several pieces. I requested, since the fault was there's, that they ship the remaining parts to me at Big Red Metals expense. They agreed and several weeks later the remaining pieces arrive. Upon inspection I find that ridge caps where bent incorrectly and had holes in them. I contacted Big Red Metals and informed them of the issue. After being given the run around and not hearing anything back for over a month I was finally told that they would replace them, If I brought the old ones back to the factory, four hours away. Would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. I spent twenty grand for a building to be given attitude for wanting it loaded. Then I still had to spend several hundred more dollars for new ridge caps due to faulty craftmanship and awful customer service.
