  I called several times to get a roof repair quote and was not called back for about a week. After I spoke with Arturo he said he would send a quote within the week but never sent one. I’m now searching for other companies.

  I called them they sent a young man to look at my problem, said they would email me a quote waited a week never got one so I called back the girl said have someone call me with the quote. I gave up had a different company come and fix it.

  Arturo has taken excellent care of my clients and has gone out of his way and on days off to attend any matter we may have. He's a great guy and takes the time to go over any underlying issues. Honesty is important in this industry and I've had Arturo be very fair with clients and let them know when they honestly just need a repair. I just wanted to say thank you to you and your team for showing us excellent customer service and keeping this local business at a 5 star rating.
