  Big C Restoration did a beautiful job of a new roof for us. We were very pleased at the line of communication, how fast they performed their work, clean up, and calls afterward to make sure we were happy with end product. We would highly recommend this company for their work ethic and efficiency along with great communication skills and just being a nice group of people! Thank you, Dennis and Laurie K.

  Owner Bill Fiddle was incredible to work with. I needed a new roof install as mine was pushing 20 years old. I overheard Bill at a restaurant talking about his company and asked him for a moment of his time; he graciously took a few moments out of his meal to talk to me and the next day he was out at my home measuring and providing an estimate. The price was very in line with other estimates I had received but the service was 10-fold better than I expected. I had two very small instances where I needed Bill's team to come back out and fix something and both times they were out there the same day and both problems remediated without fail. The roofing crews took enormous pride in their work, were on-time as planned, and very courteous and professional while they were there. I have referred Bill and Big C Restoration to three others including my mother-in-law, and the outcome was the same. Very professional, very responsive to service needs (at no extra cost, even though one of my service needs was probably self-inflicted by myself) and very reasonably priced. Thank you Bill and Big C for your great work and getting me through the next 15-20 years of Florida rainy seasons.
