  These guys were great. The guy who came out to do the quote was friendly and helpful. The ladies in the office who do the billing and statements were also awesome. I didn't have to wait very long for installation, just over a week. And the gutters are fantastic. They seem very sturdy.

  Seth was fantastic with going over every detail and very patient with any question we had during our estimate. Very much a no pressure experience. We ultimately chose Big Anchor for our roof and gutter replacement because of how friendly and reassuring our experience with Seth was. When we contacted them to go ahead with the project, we were able to be scheduled very quickly. They did have to change the original start date due to weather but we were contacted ahead of time. The next day the roofing crew came out, introduced themselves and got to work right away. The roof was completed by 5:30 that same day. I was happy to see that they were very thorough with the clean up. No missed nails anywhere. We were told another crew would come out for gutters. Roof was completed on Friday and the gutter crew came out that next Monday. They were so efficient and quick with the installation. Again, very thorough with cleanup. Overall, an excellent experience, fast service, great price, and a beautiful final product. Highly recommended!

  Highly recommended! Seth came out right away and was able to make arrangements for an emergency roof repair after a tree had fallen. His communication, honesty and professionalism is what set Big Anchor apart from any other Roofing Company I have dealt with over my career. Repair and new gutters look amazing! Thank you again🤗
