  Never finished the job, took the money and ran. Ignore my texts and calls for 3 months. Do not trust them with trex, seemed to know what they were doing, made many mistakes, we even paid them extra since it was taking so long, but once they got the money, refused to come back to finish.

  Better Image Construction has more than impressed me. They are conscientious and polite. They go the extra mile to make sure their work is excellent and the customer is happy. They demolished the old steps at my property and replaced them with much nicer product. I will definitely have them back when I have more work done.

  In the past I have used several contractors ,none compare to Better Image Construction. They go out of their way to make sure you are very pleased with their work . They do not cut corners at all and that is an A + to me. I will continue to use them for all my home improvements. .
