  Bill was very helpful through the whole process- he helped to identify hail damage on our roof and gutters, worked with the insurance agent to get it covered, and helped to coordinate the shingle and gutter replacement. The crew that did the work was very professional, efficient, and capable. The new roof looks great, and they replaced all of the vents with new metal vents that also have a mesh to keep rodents out. They protected the plants around the house, and were even careful with our holiday lights. They did a thorough cleanup afterwards too, and walked around the house with me to point out the changes and improvements. BesTex was referred to me by multiple neighbors who were also happy with the quality of their work, and I am happy to add my recommendation.

  Very positive experience with BesTex for my roof replacement due to hail damage. They were very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. I worked with Rene during the costing/planning phase and Logan on the couple of days of on-site work. Both were wonderful to work with.

  Bestex is a well run family business. Everyone you speak with actually cares about doing a good job and treating their customers well. I would recommend them without hesitation after having my roof replaced from hail damage using their services. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and then thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Absolutely no hassle for the homeowner.
