  This was the best experience I've had with a contractor in years! I could not imagine a better experience with a roofing company or builder. Suzy and her team were fantastic. They came promptly to offer us a bid which was by far the most competitive I received (and I got a lot). In fact, her bid was half that of the most expensive estimate I received. They also identified the most egregious leaks in my many decades old roof and patched it almost instantly. They followed up with great and honest communication as to when they'd be able to fit my full project in. On the appointed day they came on time, worked fast and clean, and put a high quality new roof on my place as promised. They even did a number of extras (like a small down spout and minor tile repair) on their own and without additional fees. What's more, Suzy took tons of before and after pictures which she sent to me to document the outstanding workmanship that went into the new roof. I would happily recommend Suzy and Best Roofing to anyone in the Bay Area (Oakland in particular). The world would be a better place if all contractors and tradespeople were as hard working, honest, and diligent as Suzy and her team. Note: Suzy's English isn't perfect, but if you let that get in your way it will be your loss.

  Suzy and Joon are an incredible team. I recommend this company at the highest level. Our roof job was incredibly complex and involved two separate owners, 13 skylights, shingled roof, flat roof and all new copper gutter systems. The work was performed with Incredible accuracy and efficiency. Their professionalism is top notch. I highly recommend Best Roofing.

  Best Roofing in my opinion is the best roofing company in the Bay Area!! They are reasonably priced and do top notch work. They have a crew that they've employed for 15 years plus!!! The owners are professional and very nice. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do roofing repair or replacing the roof altogether.
